Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a one-night charge.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

General Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or restaurant areas.
• Pets are welcome in designated areas — please inform us when booking.
• The resort accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
